Well, tis been awhile. Of course, things are moving slowly around here. I'm back in school and swamped with studies and new video games. Namely, Bust a Move Bash! and Metroid Prime 3: Corruption on my Wii. I've also been playing alot of World of Warcraft lately. Got my shaman to level 40. Go me.

Anyway, here's some news! The Josh Comic is coming along fine and will release as scheduled. More interesting than that, however, is some movie news. Yes, I'm still making my movie. However, until we obtain the proper resources to begin production, the project still remains inactive. To use this time of not being able to film our movie (we still need our new camera) I'll be filming a short film. It's not going to be anything fancy and will be shot on your everyday MiniDV camera. I'll be using this short film to get an idea how I'm going to direct and edit The Josh Movie once it goes into filming. Once the short film is done, it'll be viewable here on The Josh Effect. The film is called "Somewhere on the Map" and it stars Bric Mitchell and myself as the lead characters.

Well, that's all for now. Somewhere on the Map is still being written, but I'm almost done with it. Once I am, we'll begin filming. Expect it out sometime in October.
