Well sorry guys, been gone for awhile for the fact that I've had a bit of drama goin' on as of late. Here's what's on the horizon for The Josh Effect! First, starting a new webcomic to run alongside The Josh Comic. The new comic will serve as reading material between the long and irritating gaps between new updates to The Josh Comic as it's becoming increasingly difficult to make constant updates here. All I will say about the new comic is that it's quite possibly the stupidest fucking thing I've ever written.

Also, the animated project I told you about? Still a long way from completion. It's not even written. Don't hope for that anytime soon.

Also, I've now decided it's time to let you all know why production on my film, codenamed "The Josh Movie" has been on hiatus. At the end of February, our so called "producer" over here left the apartment one night. His name is Colton Griffin, and he was our room-mate. Colton left and took over $1500 in stolen merchandise with him, including my personal laptop (which I edited my videos with and contained hours of source footage still un-used) and our filming camera.

After all this, I've sorta been in a creative slump. I halted production on the film until we could replace the stolen property (which we've almost done) and I've been really lazy with artwork and updates. I apologize to the people who actually come here looking for updates, then get disappointed. The robbery has kinda made me lose my will to create, ya know?

However, time heals all wounds and I'm getting my shit back on track. I've renewed the hosting for this website for the next year and am still casting my film. We'll have production equipment soon and I'll keep putting out my comics.

All in all, it's good to be back... I've been gone for too long. -Josh
